The Seniors’ Agenda FY 2024 Annual Report provides a summary of Age-friendly efforts of each city within Santa Clara County, an update on progress within the Age-friendly Three-Year Action Plan, and an overview of many accomplishments. This report is the reflection of the efforts of over 60 community-based organizations, several County departments, and all the cities in Santa Clara County that collaborate on policies and programs for our older residents.
